Ginger Tea Recipe To Relieve Stress And Detox Your Body

If you have any ginger in your kitchen, or if it is easily available in the place where you live, your digestive system will be more than grateful! 

In addition to its beneficial effects on your mood and the ability to relieve stress, ginger is of great help when it comes to stomach and intestine problems, and is well known as a great remedy for colds, flu and nausea. It also improves the circulation and boosts your immunity. 
Ginger tea cleanses the body, reduces the effects of stress and improves your immune system. It will cleanse your body of all the toxic sludge that builds up in your body.

4 cups water
2 pieces of fresh ginger root (5 cm each)
Optional: honey and lemon slices

Peel the ginger root and cut it into thin slices. Put the ginger in some boiling water and cook it on a low heat for 15-20 minutes. Strain the tea, and add some honey and lemon to taste.
