Quick and Powerful Diet- Lose 12 Pounds in 8 Days

What we suggest is a really quick and powerful weight loss plan where you can easily lose 12 pounds in just 8 days! The diet is rich in ingredients that have proved useful in achieving weight loss success in short time.

This 8-day diet is divided into 4 phases during each day:

1. Breakfast 
You start the day with a squeezed lemon in a glass of lukewarm water. You drink it the first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
The intention of drinking a glass of lemon juice is to purify the body, eliminate toxins from the system and activate metabolism. An hour after this you can eat 2 apples, 2 oranges or 1 grapefruit. Always eat the same fruit, never mix apples with oranges. For example if you decide to eat apples, then you eat just 2 apples and that’s it ! The next day you can eat 2 oranges, but only oranges for that day!
2. Lunch
The lunch is mainly based on proteins necessary to start the process of burning body fat and build muscle mass. The lunch allows cooked chicken, boiled eggs or fish, as well as 1 cup of probiotic yogurt. Vegans can replace the meat with cooked vegetables or vegetable soup that contains proteins, namely cauliflower, broccoli, spinach, kale, mushrooms etc.
3. Snack
Fresh salad seasoned with olive oil, apple cider vinegar and a little bit salt. Instead of salad, you can take a handful of nuts of your choice, as they are perfect weight loss tool and help the body release free radicals and boost metabolic functions.
4. Dinner
The meal shouldn’t be later than 7 PM. You eat salad made out of green vegetables (either cucumber or lettuce) and you drink a glass of green tea. After that the only thing allowed is water. The first 3 days it is allowed to take 2-3 dried plums for dinner, but not the last 5 days.
After 8 days you can repeat the diet for 8 days more depending on how much weight you need to lose!
